These terms are an agreement between you and The Open Apps, Inc. ("we", "us") for using Unsaid: the plugin in ChatGPT and the website unsaid.ambientapp.ai. By using Unsaid you agree to them.
The service
Unsaid is a word game. Each day you get a secret word and five forbidden words that only you can see; you give clues and ChatGPT guesses. Unsaid costs nothing: there are no purchases, subscriptions or ads.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Unsaid with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Playing fair
- Don't try to get the daily words out of the service, other than by playing, or publish them before the day is over.
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Keep your clues to the game. Don't put personal information about yourself or others in them.
ChatGPT
Unsaid runs inside ChatGPT, which OpenAI provides under its own terms. ChatGPT may make mistakes when it plays. We are not responsible for what ChatGPT says.
The clue checker
Unsaid checks clues against the forbidden words automatically, including Turkish and English word forms. It is careful, not perfect: it may now and then refuse a clue that should pass, or let one through. Its decision is the one that counts in the game.
Content
The word lists, the game and the website belong to us. You may play and share your results, including the share text and recordings of your games.
Availability
We may change, pause or stop Unsaid, or any word list, at any time.
Disclaimers
Unsaid is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about Unsaid is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If you keep using Unsaid after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be waived.
